Registration Fees
$185 two-days if received by Sept. 1st - $210 thereafter.
$105 one-day if received by Sept. 1st - $130 thereafter.
Tuition: Includes entry to all workshops, breakfast, lunch, snack and certificate of attendance.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations after September 8th will be charged a $35 cancellation fee per day, however registrations are transferable.
Credits: 12 Credits will be provided. CEU (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) credits will be provided at no cost. MCLE credits are provided at $10 per person.
Payments: You may pay via credit card or through check. (Please make checks payable to FWCAC)
Every person must register individually (if you are in a group).
